would you expect someone who has been exposed to programming for about 20 days, be capable of programming this?

"Write a program that tells what coins to give out for any amount of change from 1 to 99 cents. For example, if the amount is 86 cents, the outpuit would be something like the following:

3 quarters, 1 dimes, and 1 penny."



I have been reading and studying about c++ for 20 days and I cannot do this problem and it is assigned as homework for a short-term intro cs class I am taking.
I need help b/c im dying... I will receive an F that's for sure...
