You seriously need to wait until you are older to get a tattoo. I know you don't want to hear that,but people say that for a reason.

Call a few tattoo shops and see if they do henna tattoos or maybe your local mall will have a store where you can get one. It'll be less permanent and you still get the effect of a tattoo. Experiment with different spots on your body and with different fonts. Figure out what you really like and then go get the real deal when you turn 21!!
