Garlic is great for you; it lowers your cholestrol if that's a problem. You dont' have to necessary eat a clove a day, just add it to your food. Breakfast is really the most important meal of the day; a protein shake after your workout is the best way to get protein to your muscles for recovery. On days you don't work out try to eat whole meals instead
