I think that you are old enough at 17 to make your own decision as your 18th birthday is coming soon about what 1.5 months away!!! I think you should make your own decisions now,,,,,i think you should ask your body if you are ready...if your scared then you are probably not ready.....if you are sure you are ready and you feel the time is right....then you are ready!!! Do what your body says!!!
