I don't think a truly 'bad' brand exists, but each company has had it's flops. If your just starting out, try something low-end from Kingman or Tippman. The Tippman 98 Custom is durable, but a pain to repair if it does malfunction. I prefer Kingman products, they are reliable, durable, easy to maintain, and affordable.
