yeah, you're going to have to go back. could be many causes.

okay i am going to show my bias here, but if the refraction was done by an ophthalmologist or his/her tech, then that could be the problem. it is my opinion that most optometrists are usually better refractionists.

regardless, if the vision is not what you think it should be, you need to go back and either let them change the Rx or give you an explanation for your vision change.
