We have one of those American fridges that produces cold water and ice. I love filling my glass with loads of ice and then adding coke, lemonade etc. But my inlaws claim that this is very bad for my health. Supposedly it can give me throat infections etc. My wife claims that drinking very cold drinks messes with my digestion. Supposedly even the chilled water from the fridge is too cold.
