I would consult the local school board(s) and find out if they're willing to aid you in that, with what they consider to be the essential (core) lessons required, as well as hints on testing, and how to record progress. I doubt attendance will be an issue, and field trips can be more fun looked upon as a family or mother/daughter outing. she'll learn without knowing it, and like it better.
