I have a tattoo, it's about .5" wide and 1.5" tall, which is very small. I put it on my right hip, fairly low so that if I decide to have a child it won't be stretched out. Also, when I am wearing pants or in regular clothing, you aren't able to see it unless I pull the top of my pants down slightly. I like this, because I want my tattoo to be visible to only those I choose. My friend also has a tattoo on her right hip, but it's a bit bigger and also higher up. If she has a child, then it will definitely be affected by her getting pregnant, and you can see it when her shirt goes up a little, which she kind of regrets.

But, I love my location and I think it's awesome, I absolutely suggest it. I am thinking about getting another one, but I'm not sure where... I get worried about if I gain weight and if it will get stretched out, haha!
