I got a tattoo done on my foot 10 days ago. I did a bunch of research before hand about aftercare and i have been babying the hell out of it- flip flops/slip on shoes, no socks, ect... and it is doing great, i'm almost done peeling and the color and lines are holding beautifully thus far.
i've been jonesing to exercise though and my question is how long did you foot-tattooees wait until you threw on your exercise shoes and went for a run/walk/cardio of your choice?
i know that i've got a while still, just trying to get an idea, or what did you do to burn off those extra calories while a self-inflicted cripple?
