Sorry for your loss...

Since this is such a personal tattoo, even more so that any other I would say this totally has to be your decision. Just take some time to think about her.... what she was like, things she was into etc... a common bond maybe that you shared, and then go from there. Dont just take random idea's people toss out and go with that. You may not be happy. I like the angel wings idea... sounds real nice, but its your decision ultimately since this is going on your body not ours.
