Kryesore running help?

ive started going running a lot more often now during the summer and am feeling a lot fitter in myself.
but for example, in the past 10 days, ive been running 4 times.
i ran it flat out non stop this morning for a good 3 or so miles and am now aching all up my buttocks, which i know happens.
im wondering, if i went running EVERY DAY without fail, how long could it take before the aching becomes minimal?? im trying to keep myself in shape with my running for when im back playing for the college football/soccer team.
or am i always best giving maybe a day or two's rest?
