I'm volunteering at a hospital b/c I want to be a doctor...would this be considered rude? Hello, I am 17 and hope to someday be a neurologist. I start my volunteer work at the local childrens hospital in 3 weeks. When I went for my training, they said I would mainly be assisting nurses, organizing charts, transporting patients, etc.
So, my question is, if I'm around a neurologist, or any doctor for that matter, would it be rude if I asked them just anything along the lines of med school, residency, or just a simple curious medical question?
Thanks to anyone who helps!
