I wouldn't home-can something that low-acid, unless I had to. It would probably be safe, but 'probably' doesn't really cut it. If you want to know how, find an old cookbook, from before everyone had freezers.

(Freezing is safer. You could freeze it flat, in plastic bags, and stack it tidily.)
