I see this every single day at work. He is most likely addicted to it. Porn addiction is a real thing and tears apart MANY marriages. He prefers porn because he is addicted to it, just like a drug, and studies have shown it literally warps the mind and any normal perception of sexuality he may have had. So instead of intimacy with a real live woman who loves him, he gets his "fix" from a computer screen.

If you want your relationship to survive, he needs to get some counseling about this. Chances are if he has been denying it, then getting angry when you oppose to it, it's much more serious than just popping in a porn DVD every now and again or visiting a website once and awhile. Encourage him to get help.
