they seem too good to be true because its takes time and hard work..... the make it sound like its all glory and it happens over night but it doesnt!
Just start by doing some cardio and cutting your meals down to 5-6 small meals a day.... a nutrional bar will be good for one meal.... and then get in some light weight lifting ...
make sure you ask for help if you dont know how to lift something properly.... and remember to stretch...
Push yourself each and every day and week to go the distance and you will achieve your goal!
