Let it go, you are going to be related to this woman for the rest of your life.

Maybe she has her own issues that you don't know about. Maybe she is jealous of you, because either she isn't married and wants to be or if she is married maybe her wedding wasn't as fancy as yours.

Don't let it get you all worked up, some people have thin skin and they take things the wrong way, maybe in her mind you were bossy or rude or whatever, but it doesn't matter it is water under the bridge.

Also don't keep bringing it up to your husband, at least he told you what was said, don't let it cause a rift between him and his sister. No one comes out on top when siblings start fighting.
