I like Gaara better than Sasuke to a certain extent. I like Gaara because he fights and helps Rock Lee which is my favorite character. i don't know why, Rock Lee just remind me of me (not because of looks but philosophy). Also, Gaara becomes cooler when he returns after fighting in the invasion of the Leaf Village. Sasuke is just dumb because he wants to get stronger by giving himself to Orichomaru. Itachi is cooler than Sasuke by a long run.
