An occasional typo is understandable, and within context often does not seriously detract from understanding what the question is. But for many questions on Yahoo, it is like they come from kindergarten children who have not yet learned how to communicate, and really have no business being here until they can learn how to communicate in a semi-adult world. Some questions are posed using more than a few errors of spelling and grammar, that can distract from understanding what the question is, or the errors have a relevance to the nature of the question. For example, earlier to day I answered a question by someone who wanted to know how to get into "collage" (sic) and I felt compelled to make a remark that a failure to be able to spell "college" and other words correctly could prevent said person from getting into any institution of higher learning.
