Hi! im albanian but i live in the US. I went to vlora last year for vacation and it was a lot of fun but obviously i can speak the language. If you dont speak albanian it may be hard becuase though a portion speak english dont expect the bus drivers to. If you know greek or italian that would help. Tranportaion isnt bad if your going form tirana to vlora, just grab a bus. The buses dont have set times. for examle when they say it leaves at 12, that means it could leave anywhere from 12 to 12:30 so dont worry about missing the bus. As far as where u want to stay that depends if u want to stay in the mountains that surround the sea, at the beach , or in the city. Oh and make sure to go to teknikumi, uje ftohte, skela. Dont worry about places being expensive they are generally cheap, though some retaurants and hotel are expensive. Hope i helped u! Though ur going to vlora, sarada or himare are really beautiful too!
