Ok I really do know about food, alot about food but I am not really well versed in peppers, I have used red, green, yellow bells. and I am farmilier with jalapinos of course. I do see peppers like pablanos and aneheim but I dont know what they are used for. I love to grill out and make kbobs ext. NOw I am not a vegan I do eat meat and cheese but in the spirit of knowledge I thought what better place ot ask the question.Thanks guys
