to me it is a sign that the manager or owner doesn't understand what business he is really in....he thinks he is in the beverage business...and he will eventually fail if this kind of thinking infultrates too many areas of his business.He doesn't understand that he will actually make more profit by years end by providing the customer with a gigantic cup and filling it with lots of beverage, and simply enough ice to accomplish what ice is supposed to accomplish.
