I would say browns and goldy colours, you want them to bring out your blue eyes not merge them all together, to make them stand out more get a black eyeshadow (no7 do a nice one ) and with a thin make up brush underline your eye this will make them stand out a lot more, also no girl should be without mascara at any time so always have that on.
