Take some soft soap like Dove or Ivory. Rub it gently onto your cheeks or nose or wherever the pimples are. Then rinse with cold or lukewarm water. I've found that Clean & Clear products work very well. Do you actually have acne on your back. That's strange lol jk. Good luck & i hope i helped :]
