Games:1.Melt candy bars down a little and put them in diapers (looks like poop). Have the guests guess the type of candy bar. One who guesses the most gets a prize.2. Take string or toilet paper and have guests rip or cut off what they think it would take to go around the mom's belly. Person who gets the closest gets a prize.3. Take baby food jars and take labels off. Have guests guess the baby food. 4. Give out thank you cards to all the guests and have them put their addresses on the outside of the envelopes for the mom (big help for her).5. Give blank cards and have the guests write a letter to the baby about the mom, dad, parents, whatever they wish. It is a nice keepsake for the baby in the future.Decorations:I kept it minimal. I had alot of baby food jars around (or see if you know anyone from work that has a baby and is using jars). I took votive candles and put them in the clean jars with ribbon tied around them. I got a nice cake from the bakery with my theme of baby feet on it. I also found baby feet punchouts to sprinkle on the tables. Also my gift was a decoration. I made a diaper cake. I took cloth diapers and wrapped them around each other while pinning them together. You make this into 3 "layers" and stack them up. I then took baby socks and made those into flowers and put them on the layers. I found a pair of shoes I liked for the topper. If you type in daiper cake you should find instructions. The best part is that she will be able to use the diapers as burp cloths. If you don't like that get her a gift certificate for a pedicure. She would really appreciate it too!
