I don't think its to young for a belly button piercing as long as your parents agree. As far as anything pierced on the face I am against until you are on your own and can pay for it yourself. I got my daughters belly pierced for her, made sure that it was done professionally, the right way. I remember when I was her age and was getting my ears pierced and at a later age when I got my nose pierced by friends. Anything that is pierced needs to be done clean and professionally! If you are under 18, with your parents consent.
