let your parents in on the delimma so it doesn't cause a family squabble and convince them that it's obvious he's going to do it and therefore it's better if he does it with family to protect him. once, as long as you all set the boundries for him loud and clear.my son did the same thing. my daughter was drinking at her friends' house long before I ever knew it. She just turned 18 and I'm so relieved not to have to be held responsible for her actions anymore!it's not fun to find out this stuff is going on behind your back. They will be much better off as a family; keeping this stuff out in the open.
