You shouldn eat meat, rice or grassy food, do not drink coffee all this during at least 6 days.Oral sex is not recommended during 5 days or so!! LOL I am serious about this, sorry man!Plz use Listerine at least 3 times a day.Dont worry about the bite thing it happens the first days, u will get used to ur tongue ring.
