Liquid WATERPROOF eyeliner. No matter how you use it, it doesn't smudge. Best bet, go for a blackish brown unless you are very pale or very dark. Don't make it too thick and focus on the creases and tops. Save the bottom of the eye for when you go out. Even then, using a light liner on the bottom inside works perfect to accent the other.
