I dont want to give you a bad answer and something happens to you. I also have adderall 30mg...the reason why they tell you never to take more than that is because people are dying from adderall. I have had WAAAAY more than 30mg's in a day. I have actually had way over 100. That doesnt mean your body can take it. You know your body better than anyone else. I have to take 3... 30mgs just to start out with but i have been on it for a while and when i was younger i was dumb and abused it. Now it ****s because my tolorance is way to high. You should try adderall xr and see if it works better. I didnt like it but you might because it lasts longer. Or in the middle of the day when you feel you are crashing off your adderall take another. Experament with it but dont go crazy
