so long as your getting enough wet and poopy diapers he's fine. my preemie can now only feed more than 20 minutes of nursing as i have a FAST let down, sometimes he's full in 5 minutes.I've not got him to nurse on the second breast in one feeding yet as he fills on one breast alone. (though I can pump out 3-4 oz before I stop the drip in each breast - at 5 lbs he's certainly not taking that much in one go!)You wouldn't have gotten him home from the hospital if his feeding was not stable and sufficient.If he were still hungry he'd either take more or feed more often. No worries Mom!
