Don't worry, be happy. (eliminate stress) Skip the coffee stuff, don't linger in bed in the early morning unless you are not by yourself, in that case take your time. Maybe stay up later and see if you get tired and really want to sleep. Sometimes I am excited about the promise of a great tomorrow and sleep simply avoids my schedule. Take a multivitamin, get a physical checkup, might even be something medically wrong. Good Luck.
