The best way to lose weight is by asking your mom to get you a membership at a gym or go to weight watchers. If you go to a gym and tell them your goal they will be able to help you get to that goal and do it the right way. trust me the way your going about it is wrong.. I'M 30 and i'm 5'3 and weight 190 so i know what u are going through. I got a gym membership and they are getting me on the right step to my weightloss i'm sorry this isn't what u wanna hear but its what u need to hear..
