I should think this unlikely, excepting the following circumstances:1) Poor sanitation-- since organic agriculture tends to rely on manure more than chemical fertilizers, there might be an increased chance of bacterial contamination IF the products aren't carefully cleaned (always wash your produce, organic or otherwise).2) Specific allergies-- organic peanuts, for example, would be as deadly as any other peanuts to a person with a nut allergy.
