Some stretch marks go away but not all. You have them from losing or gaining wait too fast. Diet and exercise are more important than you realize at your age and they are not just for fat people. Even if you think you are a healthy weight, it will keep you healthy and fit. You should maintain your weight at a healthy level and hope that those marks are not permanent. If you still intend to lose wait losing it through eating healthy and exercise gradually. 1 or 2 lbs a week is normal. Vegetables help lose wait, especially green leafy ones. They are better for you raw or steamed. Fish is good for your skin. So these are things you might want to try for that.
