Well, when it comes to your size, that sounds about right. There's not much you can do about height cept sit and wait, but you height seems about right anyway. The things you can work on are the things that are the most crutial: speed, strenght, and technique. Speed's somewhat straitforward: run! If you want to bulk up you should hit the weights. Most guys just want to bench press when they lift, but what would really help you would be leg workouts, like Squat, calf machines reps and extensions. Also, having a good core (strong abs and obliques) actually allows you to run faster and more powerfully, so developing those (with crunches and medicine ball rotations) would also be extremly helpful. As for good technique, that comes with practice and experiance. What helps create great technique is having ggood muscle response. Do things like jumping rope and foot crossing patters to works on precision. Even hopscotch couldn't hurt. Plus, you get the lolliepop when ever you're done. lol good luck. Go get 'em.
