Sounds like you have decent size for your age. If you want to add some weight try lifting weights. Actually being kind of short works to your advantage since most offensive linemen are bigger and taller it will be harder for the defense to see you. Size isn't as important as speed for a running back. Try building up your leg muscles and work on an explosive start. Think of yourself as a spring ready to be uncoiled when the ball is snapped. If you have enough heart you will make it. Most schools do have some kind of summer program. I'd advise you to get in touch with the coach and find out. Good Luck.
