its also good to exercise and EAT HEALTHY.Drop the sugar and pick up the fruits and vegtables.Dont smother your friuts in sugar.And don't dunk your vegies in dressings.A lil ranch on stuff is fine.But also try doing 100 jumping-jacks a day along with 20 push-ups,1 mile jog,and 20 sit ups.No you proberly don't want to be buff.But i am a girl to and i'm still in high school.But it seems to be working for me.Don't over do it.You just want to stay slim and slender.Not buff and big like a guy.Just keep it there and eat healthy and do that stuff once a day like me around the evening or afternoon.You should see results. And heres another tip:dont eat 3 huge meals a dayeat like every 2 hours but small meals not big full ones.that should help! :]-volleyball babe-
