for a one yard wide strip the perimeter is 1,239,042 yards for a circle the perimeter would be 8765 yards. any length between these two could be made to enclose 128 acres.The only thing you can say for certain is that the perimeter must be at least 8,765 yards as the Circle is the shortest length that encloses a specified size.
