Oh I've loved Neutrogena products since I was 13! Mainly because they're mild and gentle to the skin. They keep moisture intact and at the same time, keeping oils and dirt away. For microdermabrasion however, well, it sounds kinda intense. But I guess L'Oreal would do the trick since I take it you want an instant young and clear face. But for maintenance, I would recommend using Neutrogena.
