I would like to use either lamb or beef mince and I have a couple of cartons of passata to use.It needs to be child friendly (no booze or too spicy) as I have a 18 month old but it needs to be tasty as my partner is a chef and I want to impress him!

I don't have all day to make it and I can't taste it as I am a fussy eater so I need measurements please.Too much to ask? Please help!
