Dear singleemma21. It's unfortunate that your ex walked out on you while you are 6 months pregnant, he will miss out on the birth of a creation. Well done for continuing to work at least it shows you are not dependant on him and you have money when the baby arrives. You should be intitled to maternity leave and still get paid. As for your ex, I think even if you take him to the C.S.A. you will get very minimal or even nothing, depending on how much he is entitled to. With the C.S.A it's a game of were not sure but we will find out and you still be waiting 6 months later. Best of luck with the baby and the rest of your life,.......David
