Yess. Most people would thing vegetarians would have trouble getting protein, but soy is packed full of protein, so consuming it in such quantities could cause too much protein. It could also do with how your body processes it, however. You'd have to get that checked if cutting out some protein doesn't work.Try fruits and vegetables and grains more often, and take out a lot of the soy, and avoid eggs (if you eat those) and nuts and such.
