I believe I saw something one time when I was walking with my girlfriend. What was odd was she saw something to the right of us while I saw something to the left. We were walking in our neighborhood about 9 or so in the evening. It was very dark. She looked to her right and saw a pitch black dog staring at her. I couldn't see anything and thought she was imagining it. I don't know why, but I suddenly looked to my left and saw a floating red light about 300 yards between some trees. I noticed it was floating about head high and seemed to be coming closer. I stared at it and did not hear anybody or see anybody. When it got to be about 100 yards away and in a clearing, I saw it was just floating. That was when my gf and I decided it was time to stop staring and get home.
