try this dressing on them after grilling1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar1/2 cup Olive Oil1 tsp Dijon mustard1 small shallot diced smallsalt & pepper to tastemix all together (better if you have bottle to put in an shake it vigorously)I use this over portobellos after grilling them and I put it all on my favorite salad mixture w/fresh mozzerella, but if your daughter doesn't eat dairy products you can leave that out. You can also marinade the portobellos in the dressing and then grill them.
