least hassle? We live in VA. We're looking for a place preferably without a long waiting period and where it will be easy to find an officiant. We're moving to the UK and I cannot start my student dependent visa application unless we are in a legally sanctioned union. (as long as its recognized by the state its given in the UK will recognize it)
