Wash regularly with a nice mild soap, (like Neutrogena), and then I use antiseptic mouthwash like listerine and dab it on the spots. Then, when dry, cover it with a spot of medicated makeup like Bonne Bell or Almay in your normal skin color. Dont touch it, keep it clean and dry, and it will clear up.
