I would consider why you worry! Is it just a habit at this point or do you have actual built up anxiety. If it is a habit for every worry you think of counteract it with a positive. Ex: if you were called into your bosses office you might worry you were in trouble but think instead what have I done well lately that I could be commended for. Not every positive thought will play out but it will give you a better approach to situations. If you cannot do this or it does not help the anxiety I would seek professional counsel. Anxiety disorders are very real and often the result of chemical imbalances that can easily be treated.
