well, depending on whether you want help (eg..weight watchers, jenny craig.) thats a really healthy way to go..ive been on jenny craig and have lost 65 lbs so far..its taken about 10 1/2 months now, but its very good..the cost is pretty expensive, but worth it..if your looking for just losing on your own, then you need to eat small meals, about 6 times a day is best to keep your metabolism going, cut back on fat and calories, put yourself on about 1500 a day..its tough to give up all the favorite foods, but it can be done..you could lose about 1 to 2 lbs a week (sometimes more if you exercise at least 3 times a week)..
