Both of those groups have been classed in many jurisdictions as criminal organizations. Therefore a law enforcement person can only join if for an operation (undercover) for the purposes of apprehending criminals. Otherwise the law enforcement person will be charged with belonging to a criminal organization.If law enforcement person just wants to join a motorcycle club for the purpose of riding with others, he/she should join the Blue Knights.
